Terms and Conditions for Points Redemption

Eligibility

  • Points redemption is available only to registered members of the TABS group (Vape Station) loyalty program.
  • Membership must be active and in good standing at the time of redemption.

Earning and Accumulation of Points

  • Points are earned through qualifying purchases or activities as defined by TABS group.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • TABS group reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of error, refund, or suspected fraud.

Redemption Process

  • Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or products listed on TABS group’s website/app or in-store.
  • Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
  • Redemption is subject to reward availability at the time of request.
  • Once points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed.

Expiration of Points

  • Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Restrictions

  • Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Rewards obtained through points redemption are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
  • TABS group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points redemption program at any time without prior notice.

Fraud and Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these terms may result in forfeiture of accumulated points and termination of membership.

Limitation of Liability

TABS group is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use redeemed rewards.

Changes to Terms

TABS group reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on vapestation-eg.com.

Age Requirement

Participation in the Loyalty Program is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.
